General Information
What is the Employer Dashboard?
The Employer Dashboard allows you to manage and monitor employee engagement with the VIWELL app. You can track wellbeing assessments, manage employee participation, create events and challenges, and gain insights into your organization’s wellbeing data.
How do I log into the Employer Dashboard?
You can log in by using the account credentials you created upon receiving your invitation from VIWELL. If you are an admin, you will be able to access the organization’s dashboard.
Can I invite other admins to help manage the dashboard?
Yes, you can invite other admins to manage the dashboard. Go to the Org Settings and click on Manage Admins to add or deactivate admins.
How do I reset my password?
If you forget your password, go to the login screen and click on Forgot Password. You will receive a link to reset your password via email.
How do I change my account details?
You can update your personal information, including your email and password, in the Profile Settings section of the dashboard.
Dashboard Insights
What is the Org Wellbeing Score?
The Org Wellbeing Score is the average score of all employees across the various wellbeing pillars, based on the assessments they’ve completed. This score gives you an overview of the overall wellbeing of your organization.
How can I view the detailed wellbeing assessment results?
You can view detailed results by clicking on the Assessment section of the dashboard. Here, you can see the average score per pillar and dive deeper into the individual employee responses.
What does the Mood Check-in section show?
The Mood Check-in section shows a breakdown of how your employees are feeling. It highlights trends, such as when they are generally happier or more stressed, and you can use this information to tailor communications or well-being programs.
How can I track content engagement?
In the Content Engagement section, you can view which types of content (e.g., articles, classes, audio) are most popular among employees. This will help you understand employee interests and customize your wellness programs.
How can I track content engagement?
The Physical Activity leaderboard tracks employee steps and shows who is the most active. It helps foster healthy competition and rewards active employees for their efforts.
Managing Employees
How do I invite employees to join the app?
You can invite employees by sharing the Org Access Code with them. Employees can use the code to register through the app, either via email or phone number.
How do I deactivate or activate employee accounts?
To deactivate an employee’s account, go to the People section, click on the employee’s name, and select Deactivate. To reactivate, follow the same process and click on Activate.
Can I see which employees have joined the app?
Yes, you can view the list of employees who have registered and are actively using the app from the People section in the dashboard.
How do I manage employee access?
You can manage employee access by going to the People section and filtering the list by employee name, registration date, and status. You can then deactivate or reactivate employee accounts as needed.
Creating and Managing Events
How do I create a company event?
To create an event, go to the Engagement → Events section and click Create Event. Enter the event details, such as the title, description, start/end times, location, and image. Once saved, the event will appear in the Employee community section of the app.
Can I edit an event after it has been created?
Yes, you can edit event details (e.g., title, description, image) as long as the event has not yet started. Once the event has started, only limited fields, such as the event’s end date, can be edited.
How do employees join the events?
Employees can join events from the Community section in their app. They can see upcoming events and choose to participate.
How do I track event participation?
You can view a list of participants from the event details page in the dashboard. This will show the number of employees who have registered and their participation status.
Creating and Managing Challenges
How do I create a steps challenge?
To create a challenge, go to Engagement → Challenges and click on Create Challenge. Set the challenge title, goal (number of steps), start and end dates, and upload an image. You can also add coins and additional rewards for top performers.
Can I edit a challenge after it’s been created?
Yes, you can edit a challenge until it starts. Once the challenge begins, you can only edit the title, image, description, and end date.
How do employees participate in a steps challenge?
Employees can join a steps challenge from the Community section in the app. The steps they take will be tracked towards the challenge goal.
How do I track challenge progress?
You can view the participants list and track employee progress in the challenge leaderboard. You’ll see who’s reached the goal and who’s still working towards it.
How do I reward employees in a challenge?
Employees can earn coins based on their challenge performance. You can also offer additional rewards such as gift vouchers or days off as part of the challenge setup.
Managing Resources
How do I download well-being resources?
Go to the Resources section, filter by month and type (e.g., toolkits, recipes), then click on the resource you want to download. Once you view the details, click Download to save the resource.
Can I share resources with employees?
Yes, after downloading the resources, you can share them with employees through internal communication channels, like email or chat.
Settings and Customization
How do I customize the company dashboard?
To customize the dashboard, go to Org Settings, click on Edit Details to update the organization name and logo, or click on the Appearance tab to upload a background image to change the dashboard’s appearance.
How do I manage the appearance of the dashboard?
You can update the appearance by going to Org Settings → Appearance, where you can upload your preferred background image to personalize the look and feel of the dashboard.
How do I manage admin permissions?
In the Org Settings section, click on Manage Admins. Here, you can add new admins, deactivate admin access, and edit permissions.
General Troubleshooting
What should I do if I can’t access my account?
If you cannot access your account, ensure you are using the correct login credentials. If needed, click on Forgot Password to reset your password. If the issue persists, contact support.
What should I do if my employees aren’t seeing events or challenges in the app?
Ensure the event or challenge has been properly created, saved and not deactivated. Check if the start date and time are correctly set. If issues persist, reach out to VIWELL support.
What happens if an employee forgets their password?
Employees can reset their password by clicking Forgot Password on the login screen. They will receive a link to reset their password via email.
