VIWELL joined HR leaders, innovators and decisionmakers in Riyadh for HRSE KSA 2026, held on 1–2 September, bringing our approach to workplace wellbeing to one of the region’s key gatherings for the HR community.
The event provided an opportunity to connect with businesses from across the region, share what we are building at VIWELL, and exchange perspectives on how employee wellbeing is evolving.
At the heart of our participation was a simple belief: healthier people build healthier organisations.
People do not experience their health, work, relationships, or finances in isolation. Each can influence how they feel and function in everyday life.
VIWELL therefore takes a holistic approach across six pillars: physical, mental, nutritional, social, financial, and professional wellbeing.
Rather than focusing on a single area, the platform brings these dimensions together, helping employees understand what matters to them and develop habits that fit their individual needs.
For employers, this creates a broader view of workforce wellbeing and a more structured way to support it.
Knowing what is good for us does not always mean we act on it. That is why VIWELL is built around three principles: educate, motivate and support.
Expert-led resources make credible information easier to understand and apply. Challenges, gamification and rewards encourage participation, while assessments, interactive tools and tailored journeys provide ongoing support.
The aim is to bridge the gap between knowing and doing, making positive behaviours easier to incorporate into daily life.
Technology can make wellbeing more accessible, but meaningful support does not have to stop at the screen.
Alongside the VIWELL app, employers can bring their strategy to life through workshops, webinars, expert sessions, health screenings, challenges, events and workplace activations.
This combination of digital and in-person experiences gives employees different ways to participate, while dashboards and analytics give HR teams visibility into uptake, activity, and programme performance.
The result is a more informed approach to planning initiatives around what employees actually use and engage with.
Trust matters when people are making decisions about their health and wellbeing.
VIWELL combines expert guidance and evidence-based approaches with trusted health education, including access to content from Harvard Health Publishing and Mayo Clinic.
The experience is also shaped for the GCC and MENA, with Arabic and English content helping make wellbeing knowledge more accessible and relevant to audiences across the region.
Bringing scientific credibility together with cultural context is an important part of how VIWELL is raising the standard for digital wellbeing.
This year’s event also marked an important milestone for VIWELL, with the company shortlisted in two HRSE KSA Awards categories:
The recognition reflects the work behind an approach that combines technology, behavioural support, human expertise, and measurable insights to address the changing needs of today’s workforce.
Our time at HRSE KSA reinforced the value of bringing HR leaders, innovators and solution providers together to exchange ideas about what better workplaces can look like.
For VIWELL, the next chapter is about continuing to turn those ideas into practical experiences, helping employees make wellbeing part of everyday life, and giving employers the capabilities to support them effectively.
Because when people thrive, workplaces are better positioned to thrive with them.
